One of the most important constraints for the construction of this house was the land in question, which revealed a slope.
The plot was characterized by a large slop with about four meters of difference between the street level and the lowest point of the plot itself. It is precisely at this point that the volume develops into a three-meter cantilever.
The exterior space was also valued due to its dimension and orientation to serve as support for social zones as private areas.
